Sun Bum sends eligible orders only to United States addresses and provides free standard delivery on every basket.
United States destinations only
Sun Bum accepts shipment only to complete, deliverable United States addresses. International shipping is unavailable. A customer should review the address carefully and request any correction before dispatch.
Stage one: 1–2 business days
The Sun Bum processing period covers payment review, order verification, picking, packing, and preparation for carrier handoff. This first stage normally takes 1–2 business days and is not transit time.
Stage two: 4–6 business days
After the carrier accepts the Sun Bum parcel, transit normally takes 4–6 business days. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, address exceptions, and carrier disruption can extend an estimate.
5:00 PM local cut-off
An order reaching Sun Bum by 5:00 PM (America/New_York time) may enter processing that business day. A later order, weekend order, or applicable-holiday order starts its processing count on the next business day.
Address corrections and cancellation
Sun Bum can consider an address correction or cancellation only before dispatch and cannot guarantee a stop after fulfilment starts. Once the parcel has shipped, cancellation is handled through the Refund Policy.
No minimum for free shipping
Sun Bum provides free standard shipping for all US orders, without a minimum purchase requirement. Basket size does not create a standard-shipping fee.
Delay, loss, or damage support
A customer should notify Sun Bum if a parcel is overdue beyond the estimate, apparently lost, delivered to the wrong place, or damaged in transit. The team will review tracking and available evidence and work toward the appropriate resolution.
Tracking from dispatch
Sun Bum sends a shipping confirmation with the tracking number after dispatch. The first carrier scan may take time. If tracking does not update or reports a delivery problem, the customer may contact the store.
