Seven supported card networks
Sun Bum supports Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. The checkout screen shows the methods currently enabled and any issuer verification requirement.
Refunds return to the source
Once a return is received, inspected, and approved, Sun Bum issues the refund to the original payment method. The receiving bank or card provider commonly needs 5–10 business days after issuance to post it.
Accurate billing details
The customer must submit accurate billing information and have authority to use the chosen method. Incorrect fields, insufficient funds, issuer limits, or security controls can prevent payment approval at Sun Bum.
Taxes required by law
Sun Bum collects applicable taxes when the law requires. Checkout calculates tax using relevant order and delivery information; the store does not promise that every jurisdiction will always be tax-free.
Payment information and security
Shopify and enabled processors handle card information with their own security controls. Sun Bum applies reasonable safeguards but cannot promise absolute internet security. Customers should protect devices, accounts, and card details.
USD and issuer conversion
Products, adjustments, applicable tax, and order totals at Sun Bum are displayed and charged in USD. If a card account uses another currency, its issuer controls conversion rates and any cross-border charge.
Authorization is not automatic acceptance
Submitting the order authorizes the processor to request the displayed amount. A bank may decline or challenge a transaction, and Sun Bum may conduct reasonable fraud or address review before accepting the order.
No invented payment options
Sun Bum does not represent that instalments, cryptocurrency, wire transfer, or another method is available unless it actually appears during checkout.
